Project Manager – North & West Dublin

 

INFORM3 are looking to appoint Project Manager, for a number of projects including a Data Centre and Warehouses in North & West Dublin. The successful candidate will join a company that is well known throughout the Construction Industry and a specialist in Civil Engineering. The client has continued growth due to the demand for their extremely high-quality workmanship and excellent eye for detail.

The successful candidate will need to be confident in managing a Site Management Team and a number of Site Teams, ensuring that the projects are meeting the schedule of the Project Plan.

 

Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Report into the Contracts Managers and Directors
  • Ensure that each Project is run as per the Project Plan
  • Liaise regularly with the Site Management Teams to gather reports on site progress
  • Conduct a selection process on sub-contractors
  • Oversee direct labour and sub-contractors ensuring they have clear directions on their roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure regular encouragement and motivation is project onto each project
  • Regularly meet the Health & Safety Team, ensuring each project meets regulations and procedures
  • Collate all paperwork and ensure it is processed and discussed at meetings
  • Liaise regularly with clients and consultants
  • Attend client/consultant meetings, and respond to any queries  
  • Ensure the company’s policy on quality is adhered to at all levels on site
  • Chair and coordinate Site Meetings, discussing any pressing issues

 

Project Manager Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree
  • 5 years’ plus experience
  • Experience in managing multiple civil teams and projects
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Fantastic eye for detail
  • Confident and clear on communication
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
  • Full Clean Driving License
