Project Manager – Dublin

INFORM3 are seeking to appoint a Project Manager for civils projects in Dublin. The successful candidate will work for a fantastic Civil Engineering Contractor with a number of live projects and seeking to expand upon their team. The candidate will need to have heavy civils experience, confident in managing projects and a variety of site teams.

 

Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Report into the Contracts Managers and Directors
  • Develop the project plan for each project, ensuring site activities are effective and efficient
  • Ensure timelines and budgets are established
  • Select Sub-Contractors for the project
  • Manage site management ensuring they are effectively coordinating site teams
  • Motivate site teams to reach daily and weekly objectives
  • Liaise with the Health & Safety Team regarding any requirements for the project
  • Ensure the Site Management team has completed site paperwork and that it is collated for review
  • Be the point of contact for the Client
  • Attend Client / Consultant meetings
  • Check Quality workmanship is implemented throughout site
  • Maintain maximum cost effectiveness
  • Coordinate site meetings discussing pressing issues
  • Attend Senior Management meetings providing reports

 

Project Manager Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree
  • 5 years plus experience
  • Experience in managing multiple civil teams and projects
  • Self-Starter that is able to multi-task  
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Fantastic communicator
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
  • Full Driving License
