Job Location - Carlow

Salary – €60,000 - €70,000

About the Company

This Project Manager role would be for a leading Irish Contractor with over 80 years’ experience in delivering high quality projects. The company offer competitive salary with package.

The Role

• Manage coordination of projects, to meet programme and timely delivery of all project phases.
• Direct and Manage PCL direct personnel, site staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
• Develop project plans, scope summaries, business plans and cost control systems
•  
• Ensure the general site, compound and boundaries are set up and maintained in good condition throughout the project.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in commercial contracting as a Project Manager
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills.
