Project Manager - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Project Manager

Project – Commercial Project €2M

Job Location - Dublin

Salary – €60,000 - €70,000

About the Company

This would be a full-time permanent role based in Dublin with a well-established company working in both Public and Private Sectors on commercial projects.

The Role

• Manage coordination of projects, to meet programme and timely delivery of all project phases.
• Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
• Develop project plans, scope summaries, business plans and cost control systems
• Complete any relevant paperwork using CAD, MS Office and Project.
• Ensure the general site, compound and boundaries are set up and maintained in good condition throughout the project.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in construction.
• Experience as a Project Manager & Finishing Foreman on building projects.
• Can manage a project from beginning to end.
• Good Health and Safety competency.
