Project Manager - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Project Manager

Project – Public Project

Job Location - Dublin

Salary – €65,000 - €75,000

About the Company

A massive contractor who has plenty of jobs lined up. The role will be full time / permanent. On site in Dublin for 2 months to finish a project then on to a different project in Dublin from start. Both projects are high value projects. (€60M - €70M)

The Role

• Manage coordination of projects, to meet programme and timely delivery of all project phases.
• Coordinate and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
• Review material and works specifications inc. developing Technical Submissions and Value Engineering Proposals
• Direct and Manage PCL direct personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate subcontractor weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
• Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
• Ensure the general site, compound and boundaries are set up and maintained in good condition throughout the project.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• CIOB Membership or post-graduate specific business certification.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience on site-based projects.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
