Job Title – Project Manager

Project – Residential Project

Job Location - Cork

Salary – €65,000 - €75,000

About the Company

This role is a building role with a very busy Building & Civil Contractor in Cork. The successful candidate will be working on an apartment scheme near Cork City.

The Role

• Site Management of projects in compliance with company policies and PCL Quality Management System.
• Manage coordination of projects, to meet programme and ensure hand over of project.
• Direct and Manage PCL direct personnel, site staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
• Ensure the general site, compound and boundaries are set up and maintained in good condition throughout the project.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years’ proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Construction Management Degree or similar.
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills.
