Project Manager – North & West Dublin

INFORM3 require a Civils Project Manager for a number of live projects in North & West Dublin. The successful candidate will work for a fantastic Civil Engineering Contractor who has a huge demand for their services and is seeking to expand. The client is seeking a confident Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, paying particular attention to quality.

 

Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Report into the Contracts Managers and Directors
  • Develop project plans for each project, highlighting deadlines, objectives and targets
  • Be part of the selection process for sub-contractors
  • Manage all site teams, appropriately delegating work to Site Management and supporting them when necessary
  • Attend Site regularly ensuring progress is being made
  • Liaise with the Health & Safety Team regarding any specific requirements  
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is collated, reviewed and actioned
  • Be the point of contact for Clients / Consultancies and attend regular meetings, preparing and responding to any requirements
  • Ensure the company’s policy on quality is adhered to at all levels on site
  • Coordinate and manage daily site meetings, discussing any issues or barriers and how best to overcome them
  • Attend Senior Management meetings

 

Project Manager Specification:

  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree
  • 5 years’ plus experience
  • Experience in managing civil projects and site teams
  • Able to multi-task confidently
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Fantastic communicator and highly organised
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
  • Full Driving License
