INFORM Recruitment are currently representing a leading Manufacturing Company who are looking for a Project Manager to come on board and deliver company projects and equipment to a range of different industries.

The successful individual will be involved in the co-ordination and development of the businesses existing and future projects. The role requires 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position within the industry. 

Responsibilities of the Role:

The position requires a proactive customer driven approach, demonstrating full ownership and responsibility for implementing and completing projects.

• Provide coordination for industry activities and projects.
• Ensure the design team are meeting all relevant standards and that drawings and models for the projects are suitable for manufacturing.
• Provide technical co-ordination, with a hands-on approach, to deliver the key technical objectives in line with the company’s strategy.
• Ensure the business and the departments within are achieving quality standards, budget and schedule.
• Identify any project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure the goals of the project are met, monitor and report the progress to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with the business clients and departments within the business as appropriate.
• Operate and deliver multiple projects.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Should hold 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the different sectors within manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
