Project Manager – Dublin

INFORM3 are recruiting for a Project Manager to work on a variety of civil projects based in Dublin, Meath and Kildare. The successful candidate will work for a large Civils Contractor with a long history in the construction industry. The client is seeking a candidate who has a Civils Management or Civil Engineering background and is able to manage various site teams.


Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Contracts Manager
  • Develop site programmes for each individual project
  • Select sub-contractors and coordinate regularly with them regarding requirements
  • Manage the Site Management Team including Site Foremen and Site Engineers
  • Attend Site regularly inspections progress and the quality of works
  • Ensure the site adheres to Health & Safety regulations at all times
  • Ensure all relevant site information is collated, reviewed and actioned at regular contract review meetings.
  • Be the point of contact for the Client
  • Attend client/consultant meetings, prepare and respond to the requirements of the meeting to ensure
  • Maintain maximum cost effectiveness
  • Complete Site Management meetings
  • Attend Senior Management meetings


Project Manager Specification:

  • Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree / Background
  • 7 years’ plus in a similar position
  • Experience of project management
  • Experience in civil projects
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
  • Able to multi-task and work towards deadlines
  • Full Driving License
