Project Manager - Dublin

Inform3 Construction recruitment are hiring for a Busy medium sized builder with experience in projects for many sectors. These particular projects have a combined value of €45m. They value the quality of their work and place an emphasis on the safety of their staff with high standards of corporate governance and business ethics. Would typically work on projects of €20m-€30m.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Dublin

Salary: €80k - €85k

Sector: Commercial and Residential

The Role

• Liaise with the Director
• Ensure all health and safety rules are being abided by
• Delivering projects on schedule and in line with the budget
• Supervising & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery
• Preparing necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Preparing and concise planning of daily functions
• Delivering large scale building projects in all area’s pharma, healthcare, residential, conservation.
• Programme the works and maintain the programme on site.

Job Requirements

• Suitable third level Construction qualification or a proven track record delivering diverse projects
• At least 5 years of experience
• Good problem-solving skills and being able to think quickly
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Ability interpret and create contractual requirements
• Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals
• BIM experience a distinct advantage but not essential
