INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

 

Job Title – Project Manager (Residential)

Project – Residential – high density housing schemes

Job Location –Dublin & Surrounding

Salary – €80K - €90K +

 

About the Company

Working with a Top Tier Property Developers in Dublin on a high-density residential development. Candidates must have a proven record of managing high volume (100+ units) residential developments with main contractors or developers.

 

The Role

  • Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
  • Work with design team from preconstruction stages through to completion and effectively manage any design issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
  • Report to and support the Contracts Manager.
  • Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
  • Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience managing high density residential sites with 100+ units. Housing experience is preferred.
  • Experience taking a residential development from concept to completion.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
  • Engineering background is preferred.
