INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Project Manager (Construction)

Project – Commercial: Educational

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €75K - €85K+

About the Company

Opportunity to work with a fast-paced Main Contractor in Dublin on commercial projects valued between €5M and €500M due to increased business growth.

The Role

• Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
• Meet with clients and design team to plan for construction from design stages.
• Hold regular meetings with clients to update them on the progress of the project.
• Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
• Report to and support the Contracts Manager and Company Directors.
• Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
• Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
• Manage all aspects of the project from concept right through to handover to the client.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, contractors and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.  
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
