Project Manager - Dublin

Extremely reputable company that has worked on a variety of prestigious projects in the commercial, technology and industrial sectors with this particular role focusing on the education sector. Award winning Tier 1 company with an emphasis on quality and a turnover of €100M. Would typically work on projects worth €10M-€50M. This particular project is a €12M commercial job.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Dublin City

Salary: €80k - €90k plus package   

Sector: Commercial

The Role

• Liaise with the Director and Contracts Manager
• Ensure all health and safety rules are being abided by
• Delivering projects on schedule and in line with the budget
• Supervising & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery
• Preparing necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Preparing and concise planning of daily functions

Job Requirements

• Background in Engineering, Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• Experience in the commercial project
• At least 4 years of experience
• Good IT skills e.g., able to use Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving skills and being able to think quickly
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Ability interpret and create contractual requirements
