Project Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a well-established construction company which is a leading builder in a number of niche market segments. The company has earned recognition for undertaking complex projects successfully and for its customer focus and hands on working approach. Directly involved in the delivery of a diverse range of construction projects through-out Ireland and the UK ranging in values from €0.5m to in excess of €100m. Strong track record of working in the Pharmaceutical Industry and in the Commercial and Retail Sectors.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Dublin

Salary: €70k - €80k plus package

The Role

• Liaise with the Director and Contracts Manager
• Ensure all health and safety rules are being abided by
• Delivering projects on schedule and in line with the budget
• Supervising & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery
• Preparing necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Preparing and concise planning of daily functions

Job Requirements

• Background in Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• At least 4 years of experience
• Good IT skills e.g., able to use Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving skills and being able to think quickly
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Ability interpret and create contractual requirements
