Project Manager - Limerick

Inform3 are recruiting for a family-owned, third generation building firm, operating primarily in County Limerick and County Kerry. They offer a diverse collection of high-spec residential properties building luxury properties, from concept and planning through to construction. Also do a vast array of commercial projects, including hotels, filling stations, schools, and restorations.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Limerick/Kerry

Sector: Commercial & Residential

Salary: €55k - €60k plus package

The Role

• Tender coordination
• Keeping in touch with architects
• Major sub-contract pricing
• Bill preparation for minor works
• Product & solution research
• Liaising with clients
• Health & Safety co-ordination (ensuring compliance in coordination with safety consultant)
• Organising training for CPD
• Keeping track of attendance
• Aftersales service

Job Requirements

• Ideally with commercial and residential experience
• Background in Engineering, Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• Good IT skills e.g., able to use Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving skills and being able to think quickly
• Excellent leadership and Communication skills
• Ability interpret and create contractual requirements
