Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Dublin City

Salary: €75k - €85k

About the Company

Very busy Tier 2 construction Company with experience in projects for many sectors and an annual turnover of €60M. This particular project is for the residential sector and is worth €15M. They value the integrity of their staff and conduct their business to the highest standards of corporate governance and business ethics while maintaining a safe work environment for all employees. Have worked on projects up to €35M.

The Role

• Liaise with the Contracts Manager and Director
• Ensure all health and safety rules are being abided by
• Delivering projects on schedule and in line with the budget
• Supervising & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery
• Preparing necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Preparing and concise planning of daily functions

Job Requirements

• Background in Engineering, Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• At least 4 years of experience
• Good IT skills e.g., able to use Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving skills and being able to think quickly
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Ability interpret and create contractual requirements
