Salary: €50k - €70k plus package

About the Company

Growing medium-size builder with a strong track record in delivering the highest quality standards. Experience across many industry sectors and a positive record in regard to clients and employees. This particular project is for the residential sector. Contractor has been involved in projects worth up to €40M. Role begins in January.

The Role

• Liaise with the Director and Contracts Manager
• Ensure all health and safety rules are being abided by
• Delivering projects on schedule and in line with the budget
• Supervising & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery
• Preparing necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Preparing and concise planning of daily functions

Job Requirements

• Ideally with refurb experience
• Background in Engineering, Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• At least 5 years of experience
• Good IT skills e.g., able to use Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving skills and being able to think quickly
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Ability interpret and create contractual requirements
