Project Manager - Dublin

Job Title – Project Manager (Construction)

Project – Residential – Apartments

Job Location – South Dublin

Salary – €75K - €85K  

About the Company

Working with one of Irelands leading residential property developers on a housing and apartment project in Wicklow. Phase 1 of the project is complete and Phase 2 is about to start. Long term work in Wicklow for the right candidate!

The Role

• Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
• Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
• Report to and support the Contracts Manager.
• Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
• Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Manager to include managing a high-density residential development from start to handover. (100+ units)
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Degree in Construction Management/ Engineering or Similar Trade Qualifications
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
