Project Manager - Cork

Inform3 are recruiting a Senior Project Manager for an extremely reputable tier 1 company that has worked on a variety of prestigious projects in the commercial, technology and industrial sectors and collaborated on projects with other contractors worth up to €700m. Award winning with an emphasis on quality and a turnover of €290m, typically working on projects worth €20m-€50m. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious main contractor and work with like-minded people on award-winning multi-million-euro projects. The project is for the Education Sector. The project commences at the end of April. Ongoing projects in the Cork region for the next few years.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Carrigtwohill, Cork

Sector: Education

Salary: €90k - €105k

The Role

• Liaise with the Contracts Manager and Director
• Ensure all health and safety rules are being abided by
• Delivering projects on schedule and in line with the budget
• Supervising & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery
• Preparing necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Preparing and concise planning of daily functions

Job Requirements

• Background in Engineering, Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in the role
• Good IT skills e.g., able to use Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Ideally Tier 1 experience
• Construction related degree
• Experience with projects worth 10million+.
• Ability interpret and create contractual requirements
