Project Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a leading medium contractor on a residential project in North Dublin. The ideal candidate will be experienced in apartment developments. The role will require you to oversee a €9m project.

Job Title: Project Manager

Sector: Residential

Job Location: North Dublin

Salary: €75k-€85k + package

The Role

• Liaise with the Contracts Manager and Director
• Ensure all health and safety rules are being abided by
• Delivering projects on schedule and in line with the budget
• Supervising & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery
• Preparing necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Preparing and concise planning of daily functions

Job Requirements

• Background in Engineering, Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in the role
• Good IT skills e.g., able to use Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Construction related degree
• Experience with projects worth €5m-€10m
• Ability interpret and create contractual requirements
