Project Manager - Louth

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment are looking for Project Managers to oversee several projects at anyone time.

Your new company…. The company is a medium sized Main Contractor that has an excellent background in fitout projects. They are taking on more and more projects in the construction sector and are now growing strong. Progression into Operations available for the right candidate!

Role                             Project Manager

The Project

• Travelling to various sites in the Leinster area and overseeing projects, managing site managers etc
• Working closely with the Contracts Manager / Director
• Ensure all best practices for health and safety are being followed.
• Delivery of capital projects on budget and to schedule.
• Overseeing & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery.
• participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Planning and programming of work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Management
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read, understand and create contractual requirements, scope objectives and financial reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
