PROJECT MANAGER – Fit out contractor

Very little travel

INFORM3 Recruitment are on the lookout for Project Managers who capable of running large fit out projects. Projects that require the management of the full fit out, from the joinery. M&E right down to the final touches. Start to hand over while also having strong commercial awareness.

People coming from a fit out or main contracting background with experience running projects from £1M - £5M in value.

Main Responsibilities:

• Liaising with Clients and Site Foreman daily.
• Plan, organise and co-ordinate projects from start to completion.
• Deal with the client on any issues that may arise.
• Recruit Sub-Contractors.
• Produce and implement project programme of works.
• Collate H&S Information

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager.
• A track record of delivering large projects (around £1M+).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of producing works programmes and working with site based teams to ensure delivery of the programme.
• Computer literate
