Project – Commercial and Industrial

Job Location – Clondalkin

Salary – €65k - €75 + travel

About the Company

A great opportunity for a project manager to work for a busy contractor in the Dublin area. Potential for continuous work with this contractor for the right candidate. The role requires strong computer literacy, as well as excellent awareness and competency in adhering to health & safety measures. The role is an excellent opportunity for candidates in Dublin or the surrounding area. Applicants must have experience with industrial or pharmaceutical projects

The Role

• Deliver project on time and to high standards
• Provide Technical support to the Project Team
• Produce accurate, consistent and professional reports
• Co-ordinate and liaise with contracts manager, Site Engineers and services Co-ordinator to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information.
• Liaise with the company and client
• Ensure all processes are being adhered to on the project
• Ensure that end product meets client’s expectation
• Responsible for Health and Safety

Requirements

• A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ previous experience managing commercial projects for main contractor
• Be proficient in Microsoft project and all aspects of managing a programme
• Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
