Project Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a busy contractor who is very active in the Leinster area. The project is a residential development of 63 units located in North Dublin. The project will begin in December lasting 18-20 months.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: North Dublin

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000 + package

Sector: Residential

The Role

• Appointing and managing multiple subcontractors on site in conjunction with the Site Foreman.
• Extracting information from drawings & spec
• Issuing works packages to subcontractors in conjunction with the Contracts Manager.
• Aiding in the design of the construction programme in conjunction with the Contracts Manager
• Co-ordinating deliveries for the project with the Purchasing Department
• Scheduling, planning & programming works
• Ensuring plant and equipment is sourced and ready
• Attending daily/weekly meetings with the client.
• Managing safety on site and carrying out safety audits.
• Recording progress and managing design changes/delays on site ensuring the QS is notified of any delays or cost implications

Job Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a Site Manager or Project Manager role
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Residential experience required
• Ability to maintain high levels of Health & Safety and Quality on site
• Good engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills essential
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a large team.
