Job Title – Project Manager

Project – Residential

Job Location – North Dublin

Salary – €80,000 - €90,000

About the Company

A Project Manager role is available for a large Tier 2 contractor. The project is located in the North Dublin area and is a great opportunity to experience working for an extremely busy contractor that works all over Ireland

The Role

• Delivering project on time and to high standards
• Providing Technical support to the Project Team
• Producing accurate, consistent and professional reports
• Liaising with the company and client
• Ensuring all processes are being adhered to on the project
• Ensuring that end product meets client’s expectation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ previous experience managing commercial projects for main contractor
• Must have experience managing projects worth over €10 million
• Relevant construction management degree
• Must excel in analytical and decision-making skills
