Job Title – Project Manager

Project – Mixed Projects

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €75,000 - €85,000

About the Company

A Project Manager role is available for a large Tier 1 contractor. Contractor boasted over €300 million in profit last year and are constantly tendering for new contracts. Excellent opportunity for continued work with reputable, Tier 1 contractor.

The Role

• Delivering project on time and to high standards
• Providing Technical support to the Project Team
• Producing accurate, consistent and professional reports
• Manage and motivate site teams
• Liaising with the company and client
• Ensuring all processes are being adhered to on the project
• Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ previous experience managing projects for main contractor
• Must have experience managing projects worth over €5 million
• Relevant construction management degree
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry
• Must excel in analytical and decision-making skills
