Project Manager - Wexford

Inform3 are recruiting a Site Manager for a Wexford based developer on a social housing development due to begin in June. Project is valued at €20m.

Further work in the pipeline with more developments in Wexford greenlit spanning 3-4 years.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Wexford

Sector: Residential

Salary: €75,000 - €90,000

The Role

• Health & Safety awareness
• Management from phase one through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Liaising with engineers
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Attending site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines

Job Requirements

• Construction Management degree or anything of the same discipline preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Site Foreman/Manager or Project Manager role
• Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft
• Finishing experience desired
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Residential experience required
