Project Manager - Donegal

Inform3 are recruiting a Project Manager for a main contractor in Donegal.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: South Donegal

Sector: Commercial

Salary: €60,000 - €65,000

The Role

• Liaise with client and design team and ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
• Hold site meetings every two weeks, provide progress reports
• Day to day project information request and submittal approvals
• Procure necessary sub-contractors and suppliers to meet program, agree costs and place orders
• Work closely with management and site staff to deliver the project
• Give weekly report to management on status of the project highlighting any issues regarding time and cost

Job Requirements

• Engineering or QS background with experience in public works preferable
• Experience in construction management or similar  
• Experience with construction management software packages
• Knowledge of building products, construction details, regulations and quality standards
• Time-management skills
• Be able to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
