Project Manager - Tipperary

Inform3 are recruiting a Site Manager for a Tipperary based Contractor working on Residential, pharma and healthcare projects valued at €100k - €5m across Tipperary.

Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000

The Role

• Manage job site(s) on day-to-day basis – subcontractors and internal work force
• Provide 3 week look ahead on weekly basis to confirm resource requirements
• Programming of works (Construction scheduling)
• Weekly/Bi-weekly progress meetings with clients’ representatives – compilation of weekly progress report
• Compiling RFIs
• Assisting main office procurement with procurement register
• Studying plans and contract documents to understand scope of work
• Submission of RFIs to clients rep.
• Managing subcontractors awarded contracts to perform works
• Administration and review of delivery dockets

Job Requirements

• Background in Engineering, Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in the role
• Good IT skills e.g., able to use Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Construction related degree
