Project Manager - Northern Ireland

PROJECT MANAGER – NI Based

INFORM3 are on the lookout for Project Managers who only want to work in Northern Ireland. We have a contractor who has just won a number of projects last week and are keen to expand the team in Northern Ireland. Their main focus is shop fitting but do cover some commercial fit outs. Fit out projects would range from £25k - £500k

Main Responsibilities:

• Liaising with Clients and Site Foreman daily.
• Plan, organise and co-ordinate projects from start to completion.
• Deal with the client on any issues that may arise.
• Recruit Sub-Contractors.
• Produce and implement project programme of works.
• Collate H&S Information

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Contracts or Project Manager.
• A track record of delivering projects (around £250k).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of producing works programmes and working with site based teams to ensure delivery of the programme.
• Computer literate
• Joinery background
