Job Title –Project Manager

Project – Residential

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €80,000 - €90,000

About the Company

Excellent opportunity to work for a reputable and busy contractor in Dublin on a residential project. A fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to use their knowledge and experience to deliver results. Contractor has multiple sites valued over €10 million in Dublin.

The Role

• Deliver project on time and to high standards
• Oversee and organise various project work streams to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure best practise for health and safety is being followed
• Produce accurate, concise and professional reports
• Ensure that end product meets client’s expectation
• Manage site personnel whilst maintaining positive working relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ previous experience managing projects for main contractor
• Must excel in analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
