Project Manager - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Project Manager

Project – High Rise Residential

Job Location – Dublin – North side  

Salary – €70K - €85K  b.o.e

About the Company

Working with a reputable Main Building Contractor on a large residential development in North Dublin.

Project is a mix of RC Frame and Precast Slabs – valued over €100M.

This is a fairly senior role with a Top 40 Contractor and requires a strong PM with 10+ years’ experience managing developments valued over €20M.

Ideally Engineering background, however this is not essential.

The Role

• Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
• Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
• Report to the Contracts Manager.
• Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
• Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in a Project Manager role.
• Background in engineering is desirable.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
