We are recruiting for a leading construction and project management firm committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable building solutions. With a strong track record of successful projects, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of a €9 million, 3-story primary school in Naas.

**Job Description:**
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of the primary school construction project in Naas. You will be responsible for managing the project from initiation to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with our clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams to achieve project objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, execute, and manage the entire construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Manage subcontractor relationships, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations on the construction site.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and permits.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully managing similar-sized projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- PMP or relevant certification is a plus.
