Project Manager - Kildare

Inform3 are recruiting a Project Manager for a Building & Civils Contractor on a multi-room residential project in Kildare.

Structure works have commenced. The building will be four-storey with 60 bedrooms. You will be covering the structural steel, concreting and finishing. Due to finish late 2024 with further residential projects in the pipeline.

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000

The Role

• Health & Safety awareness
• Procurement of materials
• Management from phase one through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Liaising with engineers
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Attending site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines

Job Requirements

• Construction Management degree or anything of the same discipline preferred
• Experience with procurement
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Project Manager role
• Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Multi-room experience is an advantage
