Job Title – Project Manager

Projects – Fit Out Projects

Job Location – Armagh (Occasional Travel required to site across the water)

Salary – £60K - £70K plus package

 

About the Company:

An established and well-respected Fit Out contractor is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their ever-expanding team in their office in Armagh.

They have been a leading design and fabrication contractor specialising in creating bespoke interiors in the entertainment, luxury hospitality, prime residential and cruise sectors and delivering projects worldwide.

The role will be based in their Head Office in Armagh but will require occasional travel to sites. You will be leading a number of projects at one time and liaise with Clients, Site Manager’s, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure successful delivery of projects.

 

The Role:

  • Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet.
  • Provide Technical support to the Project Team.
  • Co-ordination and organise all project requirements e.g materials, resources etc.
  • Assist with build ability issues and value engineering related to the external envelope.
  • Manage meetings with the design team and specialist contractors.
  • Oversee the relevant Site Managers driving the on-site delivery.
  • Maintain a continuous focus on Health & Safety and Quality Assurance.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • 4+ years’ experience within a similar role preferably fitout/joinery experience working as a Project Manager.
  • Demonstrable record of successfully delivering Commercial Fit Outs projects.
  • Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources. ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints.
  • IT and standard industry Microsoft skills.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Experience of managing and developing a team.
