Project Manager - Dublin

Inform3 recruitment are seeking a Project Manager for a main contractor with a strong track record in the Pharmaceutical Industry as well as the Commercial and Retail Sectors.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: South Dublin

Sector: Pharmaceutical & Commercial

Salary: €75,000 - €90,000

The Role

• Liaise with the Director and Contracts Manager
• Chairing & recording of meeting with sub-contractors, design teams etc.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, H&S regulations and good building practice.
• Review all drawings and specifications and giving feedback to the design team.
• Ensure that the Design Team members supply all requested information on time.
• Production and revision of the contract and sub contract programmes.
• Ensure company owned plant and equipment is maintained in good working order.
• Co-ordinate Site Meetings with the Design Team & Subcontractors.
• Manage and direct site staff and all subcontractors.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials on site.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with Construction Team to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information.

Job Requirements

• Engineering or Management qualification (Honours Degree Desirable) ideally Chartered or working towards Chartership
• 5+ years’ experience
• Record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Possess the drive to be responsible for exceeding targets.
• Strong work ethic and desire for career progression
