Project Manager – Belfast & Dublin


INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for fit-out projects based in Belfast and Dublin. The successful candidate will need to have experience in managing multiple fit-out projects. The Project Manager will work with a specialist fit-out company with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. The client has a team with a great deal of experience and is able to provide the highest professionalism, from start to finish.


Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Management of multiple projects through regular meetings
  • Provide pricing information to internal departments
  • Take lead role in design development phase and managing design timelines
  • Preparing samples and sign off schedules
  • Providing package program to site managers including procurement, fabrication and installation phases
  • Coordinating and liaising with manufacturing teams at all stages
  • Preparation and handover of shop drawings to manufacturing including document control
  • Developing relationships with existing supply chain and looking for suitable new contacts
  • Recording and scheduling of projects using Microsoft Project
  • Management of Health and Safety on all projects


Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Fit-Out Background
  • 3 years’ plus experience in a similar position
  • Experience in pricing for tenders
  • A track record /experience of project management
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
