Project Manager - Dublin

Inform3 recruitment are hiring for a developer on a very large residential development in North-West Dublin. This is the next phase of an existing site with a large team on the project and will consist of 80 units of apartments.

Due to start this month with a duration of 18 months.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: North-West Dublin (outside M50)

Salary: €80,000 + D.O.E. (with travel package)

Sector: Residential (Apartment Development)

The Role

• Manage and direct site staff and all subcontractors.
• Liaise with the Site Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Chair & record meetings with sub-contractors, design teams etc.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building and H&S regulations.
• Review drawings and specifications and give feedback to design team.
• Ensure that the Design Team members supply all requested information on time.
• Ensure plant and equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.
• Co-ordinate Site Meetings with the Design Team & Subcontractors.
• Monitor construction, with regard to quality of workmanship and materials.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with Construction Team to ensure all subcontractors and personnel have up-to-date information.

Job Requirements

• Engineering or Construction Management qualification (Honours Degree Desirable)
• 5+ years’ experience with a main contractor or developer
• Record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Possess the drive to be responsible for exceeding targets.
• Residential experience essential.
