Project Manager - Dublin

INFORM3 are recruiting for one of Ireland’s leading developers. Company is active on multiple developments all over Dublin with budgets in excess of €100m.

They require a Project Manager on a mixed-use development in Dublin City as they approach completion on the basement phase of the project. Project will consist of two separate hotels (joint building) comprising over 500 rooms between them as well as two retail units at ground floor level.

Project has a duration of 3 years.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Dublin City Centre

Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 with pension, travel & annual bonus (and other benefits)

Sector: Mixed use development (Commercial & Residential)

The Role

• Responsible for setting and maintaining important parameters in relation to performance, time and costs on the project
• Responsible for ongoing management of all construction related activity on site including HSEQ
• Lead a full project team
• Liaise with CEO and Contracts Manager
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of site in adherence to the project’s specific programme
• Ensure design team is in agreement with plans and scheduling of works for efficiency of programme
• Communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders making yourself fully available to respond to any questions or queries that may arise

Job Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a Project Management role with a Property Developer or main contractor
• Leadership skills to motivate and direct project team
• Ideal candidate will have experience managing fast-paced projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Candidate must be proficient in MS Office & MS Project or Primavera
• Excellent organisational skills to use your resources to ensure deadlines are met and the project budget is maintained.
