RC Project Manager – Dublin

 

INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a RC Project Manager for RC Frame and Groundworks projects-based Dublin. The successful candidate will need to have experience in managing projects. The Project Manager will work with a specialist RC Frame and Groundworks Contractor with over 15 years’ experience in the industry and well-experienced in managing multi-million projects.

 

RC Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Management of multiple projects through regular meetings
  • Management of sub-contractor selection, appointment, and management
  • Monitor all construction on sites, ensuring the highest quality is adhered to
  • Ensure each project is maintaining cost effectiveness
  • Ensure necessary resources are placed on each site
  • Recording and scheduling of projects using Microsoft Project
  • Management of Health and Safety on all projects
  • Delivery of and compliance with, quality and health and safety procedures and legislation requirements
  • Ensure all relevant information is collated, reviewed and actioned at regular contract review meetings.
  • Attend client/consultant meetings, prepare and respond to the requirements of the meeting to ensure
  • Check and understand all drawings and specification. Ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in timely manner

 

 

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Civil Engineer / Construction Management Background
  • Educated to Degree Level
  • 5 -10 years’ plus experience in a similar position
  • Experience in RC Frame and Groundworks
  • A track record /experience of project management
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
