INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Construction Project Manager

Project – Commercial Fit Out – Mar 2025 Handover

Job Location – Co. Kildare

Salary – €75K - €85K + package

About the Company

Working with a reputable Building Contractor who are well known for delivering a range of projects across the Midlands Region.  

This role will be full time/ temporary position with the view to be made permanent upon successful completion.  

The ideal candidate will have experience managing first and second fix commercial projects – ideally school fit outs

The Role

• Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
• Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
• Report to the Contracts Manager.
• Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
• Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
• Deal directly with local authorities and housing bodies and update them on the project’s development.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with a Main Contractor or Fit Out contractor at management level.  
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
