INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Project Manager

Project – Industrial/ Warehouse/ Commercial  

Job Location –Dublin

Salary – €65K - €75K + package

About the Company

Main Building Contractor with a variety of industrial & commercial projects across the Dublin area valued up to €10M

Strong pipeline of work in the Greater Dublin area coming up in the New year - This is a new role within the company to keep up with increased workload and there will be tons of progression opportunities as the project progresses.  

The successful candidate will be Project Manager on a live site before moving to a new project in the Spring in Lucan.  

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of a new build commercial development
• Report to and Support the Managing Director and Contracts Manager.
• Oversee projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff, trades and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Attend meetings with Clients, Architects, Design Team, site crew and Senior Management to update them on the progress of the projects.
• Lead weekly toolbox talk and whiteboard meetings.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations in the site diary.

Requirements

• Construction Management or Trades Background.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a management position on projects valued over €2/3M
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Ideally will have experience with greenfield commercial projects from start through to handover
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
