INFORM3 are recruiting for a Project Manager for work based in Dublin on utility projects featuring water, waste water projects.

The client places great value in completing projects on time through careful and well-planned management. The successful candidates will have a civils background and are confident in coordinating site activities.

 

Project Manager Job Requirements:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and oversee multiple projects in both urban and rural settings, with a focus on urban environments.
  • Possess the ability to assess projects from a commercial perspective.
  • Required to manage both sewer and water connections
  • Capable of detailing cost-to-complete values and preparing claims narratives.
  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with clients, client representatives, and other third-party providers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to design, construct, and review detailed drawings for value engineering and efficient design.
  • Proficient in studying design briefs and preparing design packs from concept to detailed designs, including environmental, archaeological, and other relevant aspects.
  • Skilled in drafting and communicating regular reports for status updates and business guidance to direct required actions.
  • Lead an existing team with efficient, effective, and motivational communication and leadership skills.
  • Evaluate the construction feasibility of complex design works within the water and wastewater industry.
  • Capable of liaising and coordinating seamlessly with multiple levels of staff, departments, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Eager to develop current team structures and processes, with the ability to introduce new personnel to the company and establish new external supply chains.

Project Manager Job Specification:

  • 3 years+ management experience
  • Experience with UK or Irish Water Standards
  • Experience in managing multiple civil teams and projects
  • Highly organised
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Fantastic communicator
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
  • Full Driving License
