Project Manager – Dublin

 

INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Project Manager for precast projects in the Dublin area. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing site installations and ensuring the project is delivered on time. The candidate will work for a client that is a specialist in the concrete, steel and precast structures industry with over 20 years’ experience.

 

Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Report into the Senior Management in regards to the project programmes
  • Develop the site programme and have a regular presence into the process
  • Liaise with the Surveying, Construction and Design departments
  • Delivery of and compliance with, quality and health and safety procedures and legislation requirements
  • Ensure all relevant information is collated, reviewed and actioned at regular contract review meetings.
  • Attend client/consultant meetings, prepare and respond to the requirements of the meeting to ensure
  • Monitor construction, regarding quality of workmanship and materials
  • Maintain maximum cost effectiveness
  • Check and understand all drawings and specification. Ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the relevant departments

 

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Third level qualification in Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent with experience and professional accreditation
  • A track record /experience of project management
  • Experience in precast structures, large steel and concrete
  • Exceptional attention to detail evidenced through successful project(s) delivery and client satisfaction
  • Extremely technical, able to read AutoCAD drawings and understand the methods of installation on each project
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
