INFORM3 are currently recruiting for an established civil engineering contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a civils and enabling works on a major industrial development. The role involves full project lifecycle responsibility, from planning through to delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Manage risk, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
  • Prepare regular progress reports and project updates

Project Manager Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • 5–10+ years’ experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience managing large-scale site operations
  • Strong knowledge of groundworks, utilities, drainage, and enabling works
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-value environments
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
  • Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
