Inform3 are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee reinforced concrete and civil construction projects across the Munster region for busy civils contractor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage reinforced concrete and structural construction projects.
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to senior management and clients.
  • Manage procurement schedules and oversee material deliveries.
  • Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently on-site.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are maintained throughout all project phases.
  • Support commercial teams with valuations, variations, and cost control.

Project Manager Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role within reinforced concrete, civils, or structural construction.
  • Strong background managing concrete frame, groundworks, or infrastructure projects.
  • Degree or qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and safety regulations.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project planning and reporting software.
  • Full clean driving licence.
