INFORM3 currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established civil engineering contractor, overseeing civil engineering projects across Clare and Limerick.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure projects to take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion.

Civil Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, programme schedules and budgets.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant industry standards.
• Manage project documentation, reports, drawings and technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve project issues, implementing effective solutions where required.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, consultants and local authorities.
• Monitor project costs, variations and commercial performance.
• Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and maintained throughout each project.

Civil Project Manager Requirements:

• Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a Project Manager role within the civil engineering or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering works and construction methodologies.
• Experience managing project programmes, budgets and site teams.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to projects across Clare and Limerick.
