Project Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join a leading Irish Engineering contractor, providing a hands-on, quality driven success method or approach. The role is requiring a Project Manager role within Building services background to join the team.
The company prides itself on the captivating solutions developed within their related field complying with Irish and Building Regulations & European guiding principles.
Within this unique exciting role, the candidate will work on a varied range of designs, schematics including specifications.

Role & Responsibilities
- You will ensure that all aspects of project are fulfilled to meet clients needs, and that the deliverables fall within applicable scopes or budget needs.
- Assist with all objectives, stakeholders, exploring opportunities practices, and assigning responsibilities preparing reports to line managers etc.
- Taking direct ownership in job accomplishments to ensure that there is adequate allocation and resources as needed per the client’s requirement.
- Be proactive in hiring new talent when required, accepting ownership for requests, opportunities, working with third party vendors in the implementation of projects.
Individual requirements
- Project Management background / or Bachelor’s degree in field of study.
- 3+ years experienced within an Electrical building services or a design role.
- Excellent Project Management skills and knowledge of industry practices.
- Good IT Skills & ability to Multi-task.
