Project Manager - Building - Armagh

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is keen to speak with Project Managers for Housing Project in Co Armagh

Your new company…. Building Contractor who would focus on both commercial and residential housing developments and would operate within the Tyrone / Armagh and Down Area.

Job Title                       Project Manager

Salary                          £45,000 - £55,000 plus package

Project                         Housing

The Role

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Site Management experience, preferably within large housing sites
• Experience in commercial & residential
• Carpentry / joinery background
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
