Job Location Waterford & Tipperary
Salary €50,000 – €65,000
The Role
Project Manager
- To handle overall responsibility of the construction project from start to finish
- Report Senior Contracts Manager and also work as Lead Project Manager
The Responsibilities
Liaising with key Project Stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projects
Oversight and management of sub-contractor selection, appointment, and management
Driving the implementation of commercial procedures
Delivery of and compliance with, quality and health and safety procedures and legislation requirements
Monitoring and managing your team’s performance
Ensure all relevant information is collated, reviewed and actioned at regular contract review meetings.
Attend client/consultant meetings, prepare and respond to the requirements of the meeting to ensure
Client satisfaction and exceed expectations
Maintain effective communication with existing clients, known consultants, contractors, sub- contractors and suppliers.
Authorise placing of sub-contractor and supplier orders in accordance with the Limit of Authority document.
Be familiar with construction safety standards, procedures and daily operations.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
Previous experience working on civil and construction projects.
3+ years’ experience working on pharmaceutical and data centre projects.
Ability to demonstrate building strong working relationships & stakeholder. Management.
Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent oral & written English communication skills.
Full Irish drivers’ licence.
